Food and drink are not currently offered on the premises of the CAC outside of our special events. Fortunately, we are located on a vibrant downtown corner with many restaurant and coffee options within a two-block radius.

The CAC has a history of offering exciting food and drink ventures in the Lobby of our iconic building. The space often provides a platform for new ventures and supports them until they start another chapter, and is currently available for new opportunities. This could be the perfect space for a food entrepreneur with innovative concepts, an existing restaurant hoping to find a space in Downtown Cincinnati, or a pop-up experience.

Our last tenants, Fausto at the CAC by the Ferrari Brothers, enjoyed a passionate following and three years of culinary excellence including regular lunch, strong coffee, fresh pastries, and occasional dinners of fine farm-to-table cuisine. They celebrated their last meal with us in late December of 2022.

This space has also held Bottle & Basket, a craft full-service eatery from Wellmann Brands, as well as Collective Espresso and its all-day craft coffee menu and limited but carefully crafted breakfast and lunch fare.
