Students from over a dozen schools across Greater Cincinnati will share their work in the Annual Student Art Show as part of the CAC's School Outreach Program. Inspired by CAC exhibitions, students engage with contemporary art throughout the year to develop their personal art practice.
Celebrating its 42nd year of continuous operation, the CAC School Outreach Program is the longest-running arts outreach program for K through 12th-grade students in Ohio. The student art show is the culminating event of the program year.
The show will be on display at the CAC in the Creativity Center's Community Gallery. A reception for students and their friends and family will take place Thursday, May 1st, beginning at 4:30 p.m. through closing, at 7 p.m. The show will be on display through Sunday, June 1st.
The School Outreach Program is made possible by the Jack J. Smith Charitable Trust, the Elsa Sule Foundation, the Charles H. Dater Foundation, the Robert & Adele Schiff Family Foundation, the Eleanora C. U. Alms Trust, Fifth Third Bank, and the Louise Taft Semple Foundation.
