Join us Friday evening for a private tour and workshop designed specifically for CAC Members. First, explore the work of contemporary artist Jayson Musson who uses video and storytelling to examine art history through a satirical lens. Learn how Musson incorporates everything from TV sitcoms to props and puppetry, into a unique mashup that questions important aspects of art history. Following the tour, head to the CAC’s Rosemary and Mark Schlachter Studio in the Creativity Center for an art making workshop led by local artist, Lizzy DuQuette. With a background in production design and puppetry, DuQuette hopes to lead members through the making of magical puppets, inspired by moments from art history. Light bites and refreshments will be provided throughout the workshop.
