Join us Thursday mornings for creative playtime at the CAC. This family program uses hands-on art making activities and yoga to excite and educate our youngest visitors.
Learn about the importance of pollinator gardens with artist and naturalist, Kateri Sparrow. Design you own butterfly wings, getting your hands dirty in the soil and enjoy some pollinating painting. We'll be mixing science and art as we explore pollination and the powerful role that insects and birds play in this process.
Stick around for some kid-friendly yoga following each Art Play session.
Free for members, $5 per non member child. This program is designed especially for children ages 2-6 years old, and their parents or caregivers. Free for families with a valid SNAP or food assistance card (EBT).
Sponsored in part by the Charles H Dater Foundation and ArtsWave.
