Family Festival: Force of Nature

Stop by the CAC’s new Creativity Center for an earth-friendly festival filled with interactive art making and some garden planting. Many CAC artists use nature as inspiration for their work, join us as we explore their practices and do some creative making with recycled and natural materials. Build your own floating cloud fascinator and begin a starter garden to take home. Artist Jeni Jenkins will be on hand to guide visitors in nature cyanotype printing and the creative duo Batres Gilvin will be creating quilt squares with seeds and edible items to feed wildlife.
