Join us for a wonderful morning of celebration and art making with the fabulous Pam Kravetz! What can we say about Pam? She's just been voted City Beat's best local artist, the mayor made her birthday Pam Kravetz's Day, and she's been a passionate supporter of the CAC for years (the feeling's mutual). In fact, she loves the CAC so much she wants to celebrate her birthday with us! See below for a special message from Pam:
“My, oh my! I would love to celebrate my birthday with all of you! Little folks, big folks, tiny nugget folks, and everyone in between. I would be over the moon, tickled pink, and as happy as a clam, if you would join me at the CAC on May 21st from 10am to 12pm in the lobby.
So, here’s the thing, I am creating a wildly, wonderful, interactive piece of art for the new CAC Creativity Center, and I need your help. You, your joy, and your imagination inspire me!!!! So come one, come all, make art with me! We’ll have so much fun as we draw, color, create, and eat birthday cake!”
This is a free program for families and visitors of all ages. The celebration and art making will begin at 10am in the CAC lobby. Drop by to join in on the fun as we create artwork to inspire Pam’s newest work of art and honor this amazing artist on her special day! Pam Kravetz inspired party attire encouraged (think tutus, bright colors and whatever brings you joy). Registration is recommended. Follow the link to register.
