Homeschool Wednesday Field Trip: Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park
May 19, 2021 11:00am-12:30pm
Join the CAC for a special outdoor field trip to Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park. Learn about the park’s unique history and private collection, then participate in some nature inspired art making. Families will receive Art Bags with additional materials for extended learning at home. Following the program, guests are welcome to explore the 300+ acres sculpture park with 80+ monumental outdoor sculptures. When participating in the program, masks are required for visitors 4 and up.
Space is limited and participants must register in advance. There will be no charge for members but registration through Showclix is still required for every child who attends. While this program is traditionally designed for ages 6-12, older and younger siblings are welcome to attend.
Homeschool Wednesdays is made possible in part by state tax dollars allocated by the Ohio Legislature to the Ohio Arts Council (OAC). The OAC is a state agency that funds and supports quality arts experiences to strengthen Ohio communities culturally, educationally, and economically. Additional funding is provided by the Charles H. Dater Foundation and Louise Taft Semple Foundation.
