The CAC Board of Trustees and The Alice & Harris Weston Director Raphaela Platow invite you to the opening celebration of Haze—the latest exhibition from groundbreaking street artist Vhils.
Known for honing his stunning bas-relief carving technique in city streets across the globe, Vhils will be bringing his innovative style inside the CAC for his first major stateside exhibition, in which the galleries will be tranformed in radical new ways.
Also opening February 21 is brand-new commission by artist Kahlil Robert Irving, whose work reflects upon his biography and Black life in the Midwest. For this new commission for the CAC lobby, Irving asks viewers to reconsider their daily engagement with social media, civic community life, and the urban landscape.
