New Year’s resolutions are not just for January. Commit yourself to self-care this New SCHOOL Year. The rewards of being a teacher are numerous, powerful, and life affirming. The challenges can also be numerous and powerful. This educator workshop focuses on you. Instructor Cathy Sacco will offer tools to help you care for you throughout the school year.
This educator workshop will include a mindfulness workshop and tour of Sandra Cinto’s work. Brunch and mimosas will be provided from 10:00-10:30am. Educators are welcome to use this time for networking. Teacher Workshops are open to all teachers and education students. Non-members $5.00; Members and pre-service educators are free. Space is limited and reservations are required. The workshop will start promptly at 10:30am.
