The Contemporary Arts Center is celebrating its 44th year of the School Outreach Program, the longest-running outreach program in Ohio. This program is designed to bring contemporary art experiences into the classroom through a flexible combination of three to four experiences, which include:
- Docent-led CAC gallery visits (fall and/or spring)
- In-class artist workshops featuring hands-on, curriculum-connected art-making
- Field trips to working community-based art studios
- Participation in CAC's annual Student Art Show
These immersive touchpoints aim to inspire students, build creative confidence, and expand understanding through exposure to diverse artistic perspectives and practices.
