A reflective conversation based workshop centered on identity, growth, and the influence of the relationships that shape us. The session will feature a gently guided, live conversation between Nina Wells and her father as they talk openly about how their relationship has evolved over time, what Nina has learned from him growing up, and how creating the King Me series led her to more deeply examine identity, connection, and understanding.
As participants listen, attendees will be invited to engage in quiet reflection using King Me notebooks provided at the beginning of the workshop. At select moments, they will respond to guided prompts through writing, allowing them to think about the people and experiences that are shaping who they are becoming.
This experience is not about having immediate answers. It is about creating space for young people to consider their own identity, the influence of the men and mentors in their lives, and what they carry forward as they grow.
