Experience an extraordinary night of art and cuisine in support of Contemporary Arts Center (CAC).
The evening begins at CAC with an intimate, behind-the-scenes tour of What a Revolutionary Must Know – the groundbreaking new exhibition by internationally acclaimed artist Sheida Soleimani. Guests will enjoy rare insight into her work during a guided conversation with Soleimani, CAC Executive Director Christina Vassallo, and Curator Theresa Bembnister, revealing the stories and creative process behind the art.
At 7:30 p.m., the celebration continues at Mita’s, where James Beard Award–nominated Chef Jose Salazar will prepare a specially curated multi-course dinner. Inspired by both Persian and Latin American flavors, this unforgettable menu will be served in one of Cincinnati’s most acclaimed dining destinations.

- Tequeños with guasacaca sauce
- Persian braised duck leg stuffed arepa with Mast-O-Khair yogurt sauce

- Cumin and garlic shrimp & lobster with smoky eggplant purée, braised and fresh celery, Persian black lime
- Grated beetroot and preserved lemon salad

- Gormeh Sabzi–braised lamb and herb stew with kidney beans and autumn squash
