"Whether food can be art is a question that can always inspire debate. But to turn the pages of 'Cuisine, Art, Cocktails,' a new book put out by The Contemporary Art Center, is to see how visually dazzling food can be when chefs have free rein to create.

For the book, Cincinnati chefs were inspired by pieces of art that have been displayed at the CAC. The result is a sort of conversation between chefs and sculptors, or painters, and photographers."
