Come explore themes of home, memory, place and identity with Dutch-born, Cincinnati-based artist, Mark de Jong. DeJong's work on the Circle House in Camp Washington and Square House in Northside, and now the Swing House, turns renovation, restoration and residential revitalization into a transformative art.
This educator workshop will include an artist-led tour and Q&A session. Brunch and mimosas will be provided from 10:00-10:30am. Educators are welcome to use this time for networking. Teacher Workshops are open to all teachers and education students for a minimal charge of $5.00 (members are free, but space is limited and reservations are required. For every paid admission, bring a fellow teacher for free (register them as a member).
