Tyrone Geter received an MFA in 1978 from Ohio University. His work has been presented in Center for Afro-American Artists, Boston, MA; Columbia Museum of Art, Columbia, SC; Butler Institute for American Art, Youngstown, OH; and Hampton Institute College Museum, Hampton, VA.
