The Art Guys is an interdisciplinary artist duo working between 1983 and 2019, comprised of Michael Galbreth (b.1956, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, d.2019, Houston, TX) and Jack Massing (b.1959, Buffalo, New York). They have been the subject of many solo exhibitions, including The State of Texas vx. Gary Sweeney vs. The Art Guys, Unit B, San Antonio, TX (2012) The Art Guys: Authenticated Cheese Slice from Cheese Grid, Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, Scottsdale, AZ (2018).
