Artist Details
Robert Beck was born in 1950 and grew up in Bucks County, PA. He graduated in 1992 from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia, PA. Beck has been the subject of several solo exhibitions, including at Robert Schonhorn Arts Center, Peacock, NJ (2006); National Arts Club, New York, NY (2012); and James A Michener Art Museum, Doylestown, PA (2021). He has also participated in numerous group exhibitions, Drawn to Maine, Medical Arts Center, Doylestown, PA (2004); The River Painters, James A Michener Art Museum, Doylestown, PA (2008); and Don’t Feed the Art, Woodmere’s Animal Menagerie, Woodmere Art Museum, Philadelphia, PA (2022). Beck currently lives and works between New Hope, PA and New York, NY.
