Rebecca Howland was born in Niagara Falls, NY. She received her BFA from Syracuse University in 1974 and her MFA from Bard College in 1999.She participated in the group exhibition Multiple Strategies, Contemporary Arts Center, Cincinnati, OH (2004-05). Howland currently lives and works in New York, NY.
