Peter Dean

Biography

Peter Dean was born in 1934. He has been the subject of several solo exhibitions, including at the 
New Orleans Museum of Art, New Orleans, LA (1972); 
North Dakota Museum of Art, Grand Forks, ND (1989); and University of Wisconsin Art Museum, Milwaukee, WI (1992).
 He also has participated in numerous group exhibitions, including Angry Arts, Loeb Student Center, New York University, New York, NY (1967); 
Victims and Violations, Contemporary Arts Center, New Orleans, LA (1983
); and 
Art of Love, Riverside Art Museum, Riverside, CA (1990
). Dean died in 1993.
