Photographer Oscar Bailey was born in 1925. He received a BFA in 1951 from Wilmington College in Wilmington, OH. Bailey's work has been featured in solo exhibitions at Indiana University, Bloomington, IN (1960); Kalamazoo Institute of Arts, Kalamazoo, MI (1963);International Museum of Photography, Rochester, NY (1964); University of South Florida, Tampa, FL (1972, 1974); University of Colorado, Boulder, CO (1976); and the Lynch Gallery, St. Petersburg, FL (1981). Bailey died in 2010.
