Biography

Kathy Buszkiewicz received a BFA in Jewelry/Metalsmithing in 1975 from Ball State University, and in 1980 she received an MFA in Jewelry/Metalsmithing from Indiana University. She has been featured in many exhibitions, including Beaux Arts Designer/Craftsman, Columbus Museum of Art, Columbus, OH (1977); Sculptural Concerns: Contemporary American Metalworking, Fort Wayne Museum of Art, Fort Wayne, IN and Contemporary Arts Center, Cincinnati, OH (1993); Love Me Tender, Bellevue Arts Museum, Bellevue, WA (2013); and Past Is Present: Revival Jewelry, Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, MA (2018). Buszkiewicz currently lives and works in Cleveland, OH, where she is a Professor at Cleveland Institute of Art.
