Artist Details
Multidisciplinary artist Hope Ginsburg received a BFA in Sculpture from the Tyler School of Art in 1995 and an MS in Visual Studies from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1996. Ginsburg has been the subject of several solo exhibitions and projects, including at the Center for Advanced Visual Studies, MIT, Cambridge, MA (2009); University of South Florida Contemporary Art Museum, Tampa, FL (2020); and Wexner Center for the Arts, Columbus, OH (2023). She has also participated in numerous group exhibitions, including Multiple Strategies, Contemporary Arts Center, Cincinnati, OH (2004); An Exchange with Sol LeWitt, MASS MoCA, North Adams, MA (2010); Parallax Effect: Shifting Perspectives on the Climate Crisis, Cade Center Gallery, Arnold, MD (2022); and Between Life and Land: Crisis, Kimball Art Center, Park City, UT (2023). Ginsburg currently lives and works in Richmond, VA.
