Painter, printmaker, and draughtsman Henri de Toulouse Lautrec was born in 1864 in Albi, France. Recent exhibitions of his work have been shown at School of Fine Arts, Paris, France (1895); National Gallery of Art, Washington, DC; Art Institute of Chicago, Chicago, IL (both 2005); Clark Art Institute, Williamstown, MA (2009); and National Gallery of Australia, Parkes, Australia (2012-13). de Toulouse Lautrec died in 1901 in Château Malromé, Saint-André-du-Bois, France.
