Artist Details
Antonio Corpora was born in 1909 in Tunis, Tunisia. He studied at Tunis Institute of Fine Arts in Tunis, Tunisia. Corpora has been the subject of several solo exhibitions, including at Bücherhalle Winterhude, Berlin, Germany (1965); Cinquecentesco, L'Aquila, Italy (1999); Museo del Corso, Fondazione Cassa di, Rome, Italy (2005); and Museo Brera, Milan, Italy (2006). He has also participated in various group exhibitions, including ay the International Drawing Exibition of the Institute of Chicago, Chicago, IL (1952); and Museo Nazionale d'Abruzzo, L'Aquila, Italy (1999). Corpora died in 2004 in Rome, Italy.
