Artist Details
Ann Craven was born in 1967 in Boston, MA. She received a BFA in 1986 from Massachusetts College of Art in Boston, MA and an MFAin 1993 from Columbia University in New York, NY. She has been the subject of many solo exhibitions, including at the The New York Horticulture Society, New York, NY (2005); Delaware Center for Contemporary Art, Wilmington, DE (2008); Kerameikos-Metaxourgeio, Athens, Greece (2011); and Center for Maine Contemporary Art, Rockland, ME (2019). She has also participated in several group exhibitions, including Time Wise, The Swiss Institute, New York, NY (1996); Bunch Alliance and Dissolve, Public-Holiday Projects, Los Angeles, CA; and Contemporary Art Center, Cincinnati, OH (2006); and Des Champs de Fraises pour L’éternité, Centre d’art contemporain de Noisy-le-Sec, France (2022).
