Sol LeWitt was one of the most influential artists of his generation and an active collector of contemporary art. LeWitt X 2 is the first-ever exhibiting partnership between the Contemporary Arts Center and the Cincinnati Art Museum. CAC presents works by this distinguished artist, while the Art Museum exhibits Selections from the LeWitt Collection, works by LeWitt's contemporaries from his private collection.

LeWitt x 2 has been organized by the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art. Generous funding for LeWitt x 2 has been provided by the Steinhauer Charitable Trust, J.H.
