Molecular Gastronomy might seem beyond the abilities of the average foodie, but not at the CAC! Join us for an evening of food experiments that will knock the socks off your summer party guests. You’ll learn how to make nitro ice cream, edible bubbles (or boozy bubbles), fizzy fruit and more. Admission includes demonstrations and hands on edible experiments.
