close

****This program is now full. If you'd like to be placed on our waitlist please RSVP to: ehardin-klink@contemporaryartscenter.org

We will tour the exhibition and discuss how the artist Mark Mothersbaugh is interested in the role an individual plays in technology. Learn about Rube Goldberg—a cartoonist and engineer who is best known for his intricate invention cartoons. Discover how a group of people can devise different solutions to the same simple problem. Our friends from Loose Parts Project will be here to help us design our own elaborate machines inspired by Mark Mothersbaugh. What will you invent?

Free for home school families

This program is designed for children ages 6-12 years old and their parent or caregiver. Space is limited. To register please RSVP to ehardin-klink@contemporaryartscenter.org with the names and ages of those children attending.
