"Now chairman of the art department, Jordan received a BA from the University of Texas, an MFA from the University of Illinois and was a graduate fellow in art history at Harvard. His background also includes study of electrical engineering. His pastels are skillfully handled and rely heavily on gradations of tone" (CAC Exhibition Brochure October, 1972).
